Difficult Conversations, Constructive Conversations

SEMINAR SUMMARY: At work, we inevitably need to have tough conversations with colleagues, employees, clients, or friends, and we usually wish we could avoid them. Though they may never be something you look forward to, it is easier to discuss important issues when you have the skills and mindset to make it a productive conversation. This seminar focuses on preparing for and talking about issues to get the results you need. We will cover specific steps and a conversation framework to deliver a difficult message and arrive at a better, more productive state and relationship.

A specific, step-by-step outline and reminders for how to stay focused in the moment on a constructive outcome enable active participants to achieve their professional and interpersonal goals in holding constructive workplace and interpersonal conversations.

Presentation by Debbie Stone, SPHR, and Q&A segment to follow with ASG Attorney Founder Shaunda McNeill, Esq.
